Company proposes to amend Title 14 of the Clerical Agreement to allow employees at the Stockton Credit and Records Center on the attached list, who do not obtain regUlar status until late October, November and December of 2001, the opportunity to defer their floating holidays to 2002. The Company also proposes that these provisions be applicable to eligible employees who may have inadvertently been excluded from the attached list.
