This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiff Rocio Madrigal (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Solage Management, Inc. (“Solage”) and Auberge Resorts, LLC (“Auberge”) (Solage and Auberge together, “Defendants”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendants collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
