To confirm your booking, please pay your deposit of £150 in respect of the hire of Fellowship House within 3 days of receipt of this letter: payment by BACS, cheque or cash. The duration of your hire includes set up and subsequent tidying up by you, and any outside contractors you employ, and it is expected that you will leave the hall at the end of your time of hire. The payment of your deposit confirms your acceptance of our hire agreement which is on the following pages.
