The undersigned, as the parent or duly authorized guardian of ("Minor"), a minor child, hereby acknowledges for myself and Minor and our heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, that Minor shall be participating in various events and/or recreational activities, including, but not limited to, fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, biking, climbing and swimming, on the property owned by CHARLENA J. CHANDLER ("Owner") more commonly known as The Chandler Creek Ranch located at 535 Independence Creek Road, Dryden, Terrell County, Texas ("Property"), and do hereby give my full consent and approval for Minor to participate in such events and activities.
