The use of the Crownpeak services may be subject to system restrictions in order to ensure that the service infrastructure functions without interruption. These restrictions are listed below. If the parameters mentioned below are exceeded, Crownpeak assumes no warranty or liability. If these parameters are exceeded, Crownpeak will inform the customer, and is also entitled to reduce the service at its own discretion after consulting with the client, and, if necessary, to charge the customer for any additional costs or additional expenses.
