This LICENSE AGREEMENT (“License”) is entered into this day of , 2019 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Owners of the Nickel Plate Railroad, acting by and through the Hoosier Heritage Port Authority (“HHPA”), a body corporate and politic and operating pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-10-5 et seq., and the City of Fishers (in its individual capacity as a trail operator and hereinafter referred to as “Trail Sponsor”) pursuant to the National Trails System Act as follows:
