In consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, for being allowed entry into and participation in activities, including participation in the ____________________ activities, (the “Activities”) located at or associated with the premises known as American Legion Garden Oaks Post 560, 3720 Alba, Houston, Harris County, Texas 77018 and any affiliated entities therewith, including but not limited to the American Legion Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion, and other veteran service entities there situated and all agents, servants and/or employees thereof, the undersigned hereby enter into this RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) as of the date set forth below.
