This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the County of Orange, acting through its Health Care Agency (HCA), hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and the City of Buena Park, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City”. COUNTY and the City may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
