Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (“CVNL”) is a California nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance nonprofits and volunteerism by strengthening leadership, encouraging innovation, and empowering individuals in the community. CVNL regularly engages volunteers in its activities, which may involve other sponsors or organizations (each an “Organization”). The Pt. San Pedro Road Coalition (“SPRC”) is a nonprofit that promotes interests of the residents of the Pt. San Pedro Road corridor in east San Rafael, CA in collaboration with homeowner’s associations and residents, to enhance and preserve the beauty and environment of the area, to promote the health and safety of the residents, and to protect the peaceful enjoyment of residents’ neighborhoods.
