Pursuant to this Settlement Agreement, (“Agreement”), by and between District Soul Food Restaurant & Lounge, LLC (d/b/a District Soul Food Restaurant & Lounge) (“Applicant”) and Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B (“ANC6B”), effective as of the date of its adoption by ANC6B, the parties hereto hereby agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement (SA) as it relates to the operation of Applicant’s business located at 500 8th Street SE, Washington, DC 20003 (“Premises”).
