Seller appoints COPART as its Agent to sell the vehicle and authorizes the sale of the subject vehicle. Seller shall pay all applicable fees, whether the vehicle sells or not, and agrees to pay any cost of collection (including collection agency fees and/or court costs and attorney’s fees) in the event of Seller’s failure to pay all fees For used vehicles that are not RTA-registered, Seller shall provide original Clean Title (Hyaza), original Contract of Sale, and pay the listing fee in advance of listing the vehicle for auction if applicable.For used vehicles that are RTA-registered, seller shall provide the registration card copy. Upon sale seller shall provide original title within three working days. If required paperwork is not provided Copart will fine the seller 1000 AED and buyer has the right to reserve the sale. For imported vehicles, Seller shall provide original VCC an pay the listing fee in advance of listing the vehicle for auction. Seller agrees not to bid on the subject
