This SDK Beta Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs access to and use of Loom’s SDKs, APIs, developer software, and associated documentation and services (collectively, “Loom Platform”) made available by Loom, Inc. (“Loom”) to the developer using the Loom Platform (“Developer”). By accessing or using the Loom Platform, Developer agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If Developer uses the Loom Platform on behalf of an organization, Developer represents and warrants it has the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
