This contract represents a rental agreement between Street Beatz Studio and the Lessee. The Lessee agrees that they have fully read the Studio Party/Event Information & Rules form and understand its contents. By signing this form, they agree to abide by all of the said policies during their event. The Lessee must be present at the studio during the entire event time and agrees that they are fully responsible for their guests/participants during their event/party. If the Lessee hires a Party Peep, they understand that Street Beatz Studio is NOT responsible for their actions or promptness. The Lessee also releases Street Beatz Studio from any liability that may arise from the Lessee’s use of Street Beatz Studio’s facilities and is required to have EVERY participant sign a Liability Waiver.
