This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is between BRAINSIGHT TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered under the laws of India and having its registered office at No. 677, 1st Floor, 27th Main, 13th Cross, Sector 1, HSR Layout, Bangalore – 560102, Karnataka, India. (The “Provider”, “Processor” and if applicable, includes “Service Provider” as defined under CCPA. ) and User (the “Customer”, “Controller” and if applicable, includes “Business” as defined under CCPA.), governing certain products and/or services provided by Provider (collectively, the “Services”). This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) shall be made available to both parties before the sign-up process for our “Software as Service” (SaaS) tool namely VoxelBox. This DPA will become an integral part of the User's acceptance of our terms, incorporated by reference into the tool's usage.
