PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTProfessional Development Agreement • June 21st, 2021
This agreement, dated June 7, 2021, is by and between Paramount Unified School District for services to St. Pancratius Parish School, 3601 St. Pancratius Place, Lakewood, CA 90712-1417 (Hiring Party) and Richard Charles Wormeli, 2706 Robaleed Way, Herndon, VA 20171 (Presenter). The parties agree that the presenter will conduct a full day (6-hour) onsite training on August 27, 2021 from approximately 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST (with a 1-hour break). The total cost for training is $8,000 which is inclusive of the presenter honorarium and all travel expenses to/from Lakewood, California.
