For valuable, non-financial consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I irrevocably grant to God’s World Publications, Inc. d/b/a World Magazine and its agents, assignees and licensees (“Company”) the right to copy, exhibit, publish, broadcast or distribute any and all photographs taken of me and/or the undersigned minor children, with or without our names, and use such photographs and names in all forms and media whatsoever, in connection with the magazine currently entitled World Magazine and in any derivative work based thereon throughout the world, including but not limited to printed publications, website, and other electronic/online media, or for any other lawful purpose.
