AGREEMENT: This legal agreement (“Agreement”) is between The Abstract Operations Company (“AbstractOps”), and the Customer listed below (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) on behalf of itself and any subsidiaries and affiliates, entered into on upon acceptance by the Customer (the “Effective Date”). Each party’s acceptance of this Agreement was and is expressly conditional upon the other’s acceptance of the terms contained in the Agreement to the exclusion of all other terms. BY EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT, CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO THE AUTHORIZATION AND ACKNOWLEDGES CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY SET FORTH IN APPENDIX A.
