This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Rixstine Recognition, 2350 O Street, Lincoln, NE 68510 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated December 27, 2021, executed under City Directorial Order No. 27188, and County Contract C-22-0009, dated January 4, 2022 for Annual Supply - Plaques, Trophies and Promotional Items, Bid No. 21-229, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
