This Terms and Conditions Agreement for e-Learning Candidates (terms and conditions) applies to all Society of Actuaries (SOA) e-Learning accessed and/or delivered on the SOA e-Learning system. This includes, but is not limited to, the Fundamentals of Actuarial Practice (FAP) course, FSA modules, the Decision Making and Communication (DMAC) module and any associated exercises and assessments.
