This Customer Service Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions of your receipt and payment of Internet Service (“Service”), provided by Data Stream Inc. (“Data Stream” or the “Company,” also referred to as “We” or “Us”), including use of or access to Company- owned networks used to provide Internet Service (the “Network”). This is a binding agreement between you (the Account holder for a single residential unit, located at ) and Data Stream.
