This document is incorporated by reference to the Lease Agreement executed by and between K&F Venture, LLC, (hereinafter “Company”) and Resident. These Rules and Regulations are agreed to by Resident for the purpose of preserving the welfare, safety, and convenience of Residents at Cavalier Housing, for the purpose of making a fair distribution of services and facilities for all Residents, and for the purpose of preserving Company’s property from abusive treatment.
