This Network Integration Service Agreement ("Service Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of July, 2010, by and between Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority ("Network Customer "), and Southwest Power Pool, Inc. ("Transmission Provider"). The Network Customer and Transmission Provider shall be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as "Parties."
