Metro Cruise Services LLC (Metro) is the marine terminal operator at the Port’s cruise terminal at Pier 35. Metro and its predecessor, California Stevedore & Ballast (CS&B), which was founded in 1852, has been the Port’s cruise terminal operator in excess of thirty years. Metro is currently operating under Non-Exclusive Terminal Management Agreement #13652, a five-year agreement approved by the Port Commission on April 27, 2004. It will expire on April 30, 2009.
