Pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act (“NGA”) and Part 154 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“Commission”) regulations thereunder, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (“Transco”) submits for filing with the Commission a copy of a superseding service agreement under Rate Schedule FDLS (Contract No. 9154724) that contains non-conforming language. The agreement, dated November 5, 2015, is between Transco and Newark Energy Center, LLC (“NEC”) (“Agreement”).
