DISPUTE PREVENTION AND RESOLUTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement’) is entered into by and between the City of Richmond (“City”) and the Richmond Professional Firefighter’s Association, IAFF Local 188 (“IAFF Local 188”) on behalf of its represented members, pursuant to the authority granted to the Parties by California Labor Code Section 3201.7. The City and IAFF Local 188 are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
