This Electronic Disclosure Consent Agreement (this "E-Sign Disclosure") applies to account disclosures, documents and statements ("Account Documents") provided to you in connection with this particular online application for a deposit account ("Account"). You agree that Drummond Community Bank ("DCB") may provide you with the Account Documents in an electronic format, including those documents which DCB is required to provide to you in writing. Account Documents may include, but are not limited to, your Account Agreement, the DCB Privacy Notice and other disclosures. Such electronically provided documents will be considered "in writing." You may withdraw your consent to receive the Account Documents in electronic format by exiting this application. If you withdraw your consent to receive the Account Documents in electronic format before you complete your application for the Account, DCB cannot accept and process your application for an Account.
