AGREEMENT TO TERMSTerms of Service • November 3rd, 2022
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “Customer”) and Next Meters Global, LLC, dba NextCentury (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and govern the provision and use of the Company’s leak sensor monitoring and data hosting cloud services (the “Services”). This Agreement is effective as of the date you click to accept the Agreement (the “Effective Date”). If you are accepting on behalf of a Customer that is a business entity, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have full legal authority to bind the Customer to this Agreement; (2) you have read and understand this Agreement; and (3) you agree, on behalf of Customer, to the terms of this Agreement.
