This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between the GSA Customer ("You" or "User") and Litera® Corp. ("Liter-a"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of New Jersey, USA and with a principal place of business at 5000 Crossmill Road, McLeansville, North Carolina, 27301, USA regarding the use of Litera's software (the "Software") and any accompanying documentation (the "Documentation"). You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you are not licensed to use the Software, and you must return any copies of the Software in your possession or control to Litera.
