This Content Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the below specified products and services offered by Ellie Mae, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which also operates the AllRegs brand (“Ellie Mae”). This Agreement is made as of the date (the “Effective Date”) set forth on the attached Order Authorization (the “Order Authorization”) between you (“Licensee”) and Ellie Mae. Certain capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms on the Order Authorization.
