(“Client”) and retraced GmbH, a limited liability company, registered in the Commercial Register of the Local Court of Düsseldorf under Register No. HRB 86464, with its registered office at Kölner Straße 336a, 40227 Düsseldorf, Germany ( “retraced”). retraced and the Client are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "parties", and individually as the "party".
