This Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) is made and entered into between the City of Bend (“City”), an Oregon municipal corporation, and Tumalo Irrigation District (“TID”), an irrigation district organized under ORS Chapter 545 (together referred to as “the Parties”) for the management of Tumalo Creek.
