On behalf of the applicable insurance carriers (the "Carriers"), HealthPlan Services, Inc. ("HPS") agrees to pay to the agent or broker (the "Agent") while this Agreement remains in force, as full compensation hereunder, service fees with respect to insurance issued upon applications, counterparts, or enrollment cards secured by the Agent for coverage issued by insurance companies or other healthcare providers and marketed or administered by HPS.
