The agreement should be filled out and signed by all three parties prior to the arrival of the doctoral student to Faculty of Engineering LTH at Lund University. The Head of the International Office coordinates the signing process, which should be initiated on initiative of the relevant Head of Department. As stated below, this Agreement is made in two original copies, each party receiving one duly signed copy thereof. One of these copies should be submitted to and filed by the International Office at LTH. The department in question at Lund University should keep a copy for its records.
