This Contract Zoning Agreement is entered into this day of , 2022 by and between the TOWN OF CUMBERLAND, MAINE, a municipal corporation (“Town”) and SYNERGOSITY LLC, (the “Owner”), a Maine limited liability company with a business address of 173 Spurwink Road, Scarborough, Maine 04074, its successors and assigns, pursuant to 30-A M.R.S. §4352 (8) (the “Statute”), which governs conditional and contract re-zoning in Maine municipalities, and Section 315-79 of the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance (the “Zoning Ordinance”), which sets forth the Town’s Contract Zoning standards, conditions and procedures.
