• 1.1 “Agreement” means an agreement between the Customer and AirHelp that is reached upon accep- tance of these Terms by the Customer. With respect to the Justice Service, such agreement shall be deemed to have been reached at the time Customer, in addition to accepting these Terms, signs the release form or authorization document.
