This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is an agreement between the Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC), and the [insert name of trail club here] (Club). This MOU replaces any prior MOUs between the Parties for the management of the Appalachian National Scenic Trail (A.T. or Trail). Any prior MOU is terminated once each Party has signed this MOU.
