THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of September, 2012, by and between the CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation (the “City”) and the HALLANDALE BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public body corporate and politic (the “CRA,”) (the City and CRA are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
