THIS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Trustees of Tufts College (“Tufts”), a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of United States of America, and the Univerzita Mateja Bela V Banskej Bystrici, a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of Slovakia, having its principal place of business at Narodna 12, Banska Bystrica, Banskobystrický kraj 97401, Slovakia (“Service Provider”), (collectively, the “Parties”).
