ICON PRESENTS: As per that executed International Distribution Agreement dated as of January 21, 2010 with Icon Entertainment International: Credit: The Agent shall be accorded a front end, main title, single card shared presentation credit with the United States distributor on screen and in the billing block in paid advertisements substantially in the form "A [name of US distributor]/Icon presentation", which credits shall be at the Licensor’s cost. For the avoidance of doubt such shared presentation credit shall be followed by a separate single card credit in the form “An Icon Production” and there shall be a moving logo at the beginning of the credits bearing the Icon logo (the specific form of such moving logo shall be in Licensor’s sole discretion).
