As with all Master Service Agreements (MSAs) under the Cloud Price Agreements, the Authorized Purchaser will need to satisfy itself that the terms are acceptable and consistent with their intended use of the DocuSign products they purchase. In addition, while we have negotiated each of the Security Attachments with Enterprise Information Services (EIS), Cyber Security Services (CSS) input, that is not an assurance that DocuSign’s promises related to its information security and privacy practices are appropriate for any possible use of the DocuSign Signature or CLM products subject to the DocuSign MSA. An agency that wishes to use DocuSign products must satisfy itself, in consultation with EIS and CSS, and DOJ where appropriate, that the products are suitable for the agency’s intended use.
