THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of July, 2023, between the CITY OF COSMOPOLIS, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and SOUND DEFENDERS (TASCHNER & ASSOCIATES, PLLC), hereinafter referred to as the “ Public Defender”, for the purpose of providing the public defense services to indigent persons charged with criminal offenses in the Cosmopolis Municipal Court.
