MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) FOR THE

WHEREAS, the Participating United Nations Organizations signing this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Participating UN Organizations”) have developed the Libya Recovery Trust Fund starting on 20 September 2011 and ending on a date to be determined by the Policy Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), as may be amended from time to time, as part of their respective development cooperation with the National Transitional Council of Libya, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference of the Fund dated 19 September 2011, (hereinafter referred to as the “TOR”, a copy of which is attached hereto as ANNEX A, and have agreed to establish a coordination mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy Board” and “Steering Committee”) to facilitate the effective and efficient collaboration between the Participating UN Organizations and the National Transitional Council for the implementation of the Fund;
