THIS AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT SERVICES (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of February, 2018 by and between the City of Carson, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and MRS Environmental, Inc., a California Corporation (“Consultant” of “Petroleum Administrator”). City and Consultant may be referred to, individually or collectively, as “Party” or “Parties.”
