In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located in Hampton, VA 23681 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC") and Materials Research and Design, Inc., located at 300 E. Swedesford Rd., Wayne, PA 19087-1858 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "MR&D"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
