THIS AMENDMENT made as of the 14th day of October _, 2022 in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY AND PROCUREMENT, on behalf of the DEPARTMENT of HEALTH (hereinafter referred to as “Government”) and National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Inc (hereinafter referred to as “CDC Foundation”).
