Pursuant to Rule 11(c)(1)(C) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, the parties described below have entered into the following plea agreement in which the parties jointly ask the court to impose a specific sentence as an appropriate disposition of this case, to-wit: a five- year term of probation, with the following special conditions: (1) the defendant shall not serve in any law enforcement position, or work for a law enforcement agency in any capacity; (2) in his first year of probation, the defendant shall serve a total of 30 days incarceration; and (3) the defendant shall pay all costs associated with his supervision and incarceration.
