In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center, located at 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GRC"), and The Ohio State University located at 1960 Kenny Road, Columbus, OH, 43210 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "OSU").
