The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford (UPB) and Pennsylvania Highlands Community College (PHCC) set forth the conditions upon which UPB will guarantee admission of students from PHCC into UPB’s baccalaureate programs. This document sets forth those conditions, which the parties hereby agree to. The requirements that follow apply to all programs at UPB unless otherwise noted.
