Post Road #200 Las Vegas, NV 89148 the owner of the Asset (defined below) (“Owner”), with respect to the fee simple interest in the property commonly known as the Marks Garage, located at 1140 Bethel Street, Honolulu, HI 96813, TMK Number (1) 2-1-3:20 and all improvements thereon (“Asset”).
