THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and among SPT DOLPHIN BUENA VISTA II, LLC (“Grantee”), a Foreign limited liability company, who owns Buena Vista Place II (“Development”), a development financed by Florida Housing, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (“Florida Housing”), a public body corporate and politic duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Florida. Upon execution by both parties, this Agreement shall become effective as of the date the last party signs (“Effective Date”).
